Ed. Creed left, Tuesday, on the south bound passenger, for Wausau.
F. H. Darling went to Madison, Monday morning.
P. Manning, who has served three years at Waupun, returned to this village, Tuesday evening.
Prof. H. D. Kneip went up the line, Tuesday morning.
Misses H. E. and A. B. Kayser left, Saturday morning, for their home at Winneconne, where they will spend part of the summer.
School closed last Friday.
L. P. Blank shipped four car loads of staves, last week, to the firm of Schmitz & Weisner, of Milwaukee.
The closing exercises of the Unity schools were quite good. There was a large crowd in attendance. After the exercises there was a dance - all who attended report a very good time.
Phil Henkel, the city Marshal, of Colby, transacted business in our village Monday.
Miss Sophie Vogt went to the city of Marshfield Monday morning.
Miss Belle Salter is visiting in Madison, this vacation.
Grant Heath came up from Spencer, Friday evening.
