Berry, Birdell (Marriage - 17 May 1947)

Miss Birdell Berry, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. L. Berry of Colby, became the bride of Allen E. Brehm, son of Mr. and Mrs. Gust Brehm of Colby, in a simple ceremony performed Saturday afternoon at 4:00 P.M. at the First Methodist church parsonage at Madison. Miss Joyce Berry, sister of the bride, of Sheboygan, and Benjamin Riplinger were the only attendants.

The couple will make their home in Whitling, Ind., where the groom will be employed as chemist for the Standard Oil Co., following his graduation from the University of Wisconsin on May 24, 1947.

Both the bride and the groom are graduates of the Colby High School. The bride has been employed for the past several years as laboratory technician at the Sacred Heart Hospital at Eau Claire.
