SLube, Vera (Marriage - 18 Oct. 1947)

When Miss Vera Lube of Wausau, daughter of Mrs. Conrad Dittman of Colby, became the bride last Saturday afternoon of John Reich, son of Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Reich, of Wausau, she was attired in a forest green gabardine suit, with brown accessories, and wore a corsage of yellow roses and baby mums.

Her only attendant, Miss Ruth Reich, sister of the bridegroom, wore a gray gabardine suit, with black accessories, and pinned to her right shoulder was a similar corsage. Wallace Ziebell attended the bridegroom.

After the couple exchanged vows in the late afternoon in the parsonage of St. Paul’s Evangelical church before the Rev. W. H. Ortwein, a small reception in their honor was held at the home of the bridegroom’s parents. The couple then departed for Baltimore, Md., and other eastern points on a honeymoon. Upon their return they will reside at 305 Porter street in Wausau.
