Kramer, Loren F. (May 24, 1947 - January 4, 2008)

Loren F. Kramer, age 60, of Neillsville, passed away Friday morning, Jan. 4, 2008, at his residence in the Town of Seif.

Loren was born May 24, 1947, to Floyd and Mildred (Kehler) Kramer at Schuylkill Haven, Penn. He married the former Ruth Ann Leiby on July 25, 1970 in Pine Grove, Penn. Loren raised poultry in Pine Grove before moving to the Town of Mayville, Wis. in 1973 where he farmed and worked part time for Holtz Feed Store for 20 years. He then moved to the Town of Seif where he continued to farm. He enjoyed hunting and reading and making maple syrup. Loren attended the Vesper Chapel.

He is survived by his wife, Ruth Ann Kramer, of Neillsville; a son, Scott (Rebecca) Kramer, of Neillsville; his parents, Floyd (Mildred) Kramer, of Schuylkill Haven, Penn.; two sisters, Sandra (Randall) Hummel, of Stevens, Penn., and Carol Hull, of Pottsville, Penn., one brother, Dennis (Diana) Kramer, of Schuylkill Haven, Penn.

He was preceded in death by one sister, Darlene Sattizahn.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, Jan. 8, 2008 at Curtiss Alliance Church in Curtiss, with Pastor Carl Swarr officiating. Burial was in the Pine Hill Cemetery in Curtiss.

Pallbearers were George Berger, Randall Hummel, Benjamin Leiby, Brian Leiby, Laverne Swarr, and David German.
