Schaefer, Etole (Marriage - 14 Aug. 1948)

Miss Etole Schaefer, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Schaefer, and Eugene Lindau, son of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Lindau of Dorchester, were united in marriage Saturday, August 14, at 7:30 P.M. at the Green Grove parsonage, Rev. M. C. Goetsch reading the marriage ceremony. The bride was attended by her sister, Miss Rowene Schaefer, and her sister in law, Mrs. Norman E. Schaefer.

The bride was attired in a green gabardine suit with gold accessories and her corsage consisted of white roses. Miss Rowene Schaefer wore a brown gabardine suit with gold accessories and her corsage consisted of white roses. Mrs. Schaefer wore a navy blue suit with a corsage of white roses.

The couple left after the ceremony on a wedding trip to Northern Wisconsin from which they returned Wednesday when a wedding dance was given at Walter’s pavilion. The couple will be at home at Curtiss where the groom is employed at the Curtiss State Bank.
