Czernecki, John (1871 - 4 MAR 1941)

John Czernecki (Cemetery listing says Czarnicki), 70, passed away at the General Hospital at Minneapolis of bronchial asthma on March 4, 1941.

Mr. Czernicki is said to have been a resident of this community (Thorp, Clark Co., Wis.) about twenty years ago. He was born in Poland in 1871. He was a step-brother of the late John Jarocki.

The body was brought here for burial by the Bogumill Funeral Directors and services were held at St. Hedwig’s Church on Saturday morning, March 8th, Rev. F.A. Kulig officiating, and interment following in the nearby cemetery. Pallbearers were: Edward St., Walter and Edward Hryniewicki Jr., Martin Soda, Roman Czech and Thomas Kulawiec.
