TREAT NAMED COUNTY COURT COMMISSIONER

Victor H. Nehs, Neillsville, former district attorney of Clark county, and Harry Treat of Abbotsford, were appointed court commissioners by Judge E. W. Crosby of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit Thursday. The county now has its full quota of six court commissioners. These men have authority to conduct preliminary hearings in civil and criminal cases. Those already holding such offices are: R. L. Kountz, W. A. Campman and A. E. Dudley, all of Neillsville. County (Judge) O. W. Schoengarth, by virtue of his office, is an ex-officio court commissioner and has similar authority beyond his regular office.
