The matron of honor, Mrs. Verjean Kunze, sister of the bride, was attired in a pale orchid crystalet floor length long line gown with a very full skirt. The torso came to a point at the waist line accented with a bow. Her bouquet consisted of deep peach colored gladiolus, white stephanotis and pale pink roses. They were tied with a white satin ribbon, cascade form.
The bridesmaids, Mary Lou Scanlon, sister of the groom, Mrs. Germaine Redman, sister of the bride, Mrs. Florence Scanlon, sister-in-law of the groom, and Miss Pearl Erdman, a friend of the bride, wore dresses designed similar to that of the matron of honor only of pale mint green. Their headpieces consisted of net, the color of their dresses, with tiny velvet flowers scattered throughout. Their cascade bouquets consisted of peach colored gladiolus and pale pink roses tied with orchid colored ribbons.
The groom was attended by Roger Schumacher, a friend of the groom, as best man, William Ruesch, James Scanlon, brother of the groom, George Richard and Joe Pestka. The mass servers were Thomas Scanlon, brother of the groom, and Bob Genenz, cousin of the groom.
