Obit: Block, Warren G. (6 Dec. 1947 - 23 June 2007)

Warren Block

Warren G. Block, 59, of N1251 Oriole Drive, Stetsonville, died Saturday, June 23, 2007, at his home.

Services are at 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 27, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Stetsonville.

Visitation is 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, June 26, at Hemer Funeral Home, Medford, where there is a 7:30 p.m. prayer service. Visitation is also from 9 a.m. until service time Wednesday at the church.

Block was born Dec. 6, 1947, in Dorchester to Clarence and Ione (Paff) Block. He married Vera Ann Riehle on Nov. 13, 1971.

He is survived by his wife, two daughters, Kristine (Paul Kolecheck) Woebbeking of Rib Lake and Missy (Roger) Petrick of Medford and four grandchildren. He is further survived by eight brothers, Leonard (Carol) Block of Abbotsford, Russell (Barb) Block of Mosinee, Neal (Pat) Block of Dorchester, Larry (Arlene) Block of Edgar, Dale (Jan) Block of Unity, David (Ellie) Block of Dorchester, Ricky (Karen) Block and Jerry (Debbie) Block, both of Stetsonville, and six sisters, Nancy (Lee) Noland of Medford, Cathy (Jerry) Tischendorf of Dorchester, Darlene Barton of Colby, Sandra Drager of Stetsonville, Teri (Mark) Barnett of Eagle River and Judy (Jeff) Woller of Marathon.
