Change in Firm.

The partnership heretofore existing in Colby, Wisconsin under the firm name of Peter Heid and Co., composed of Peter Heid of Appleton, Wis., and Jas. E. Lyons of Colby is dissolved. Jas. E. Lyons having purchased the full interest of the late Peter Heid will continue the business under the firm name of Jas. E. Lyons. All debts and liabilities due and owing by said firm will be assumed and paid by the said Jas. E. Lyons, and all bills due and owing to said firm are to be paid to Jas. E. Lyons.

J. E. Lyons attended a family reunion at Fond du Lac, last week, the first one held in 17 years. While there he ran over to Appleton and perfected the deal whereby he became sole owner of the Peter Heid & Co.’s warehouses and business. He was accompanied home by his brother P.C., of Minneapolis, Wednesday evening, who remained until to-day.
