Lukstein, Rose M. (10 JUL 1943)

George Fitzl, son of Anton and Fern Fitzl, and Miss Rose Mary Lukstein, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. R. Lukstein, were joined in the holy bonds of matrimony at St. Hedwig’s Church, in a ceremony performed by Rev. F. Piekarski, at 9:30 Saturday morning, July 10th, 1943.

The bride was beautifully attired in a gown of white satin, with short veil. Her bouquet was of lilies and roses. The bridesmaids were Miss Lucille Piwoni, who wore a dress of yellow, and Victoria Wyminko, who was attired in old rose and blue. The groom was attended by Emil Lukstein and Frank Ciokiewicz and all wore the conventional navy blue.

The reception and dance was held after the ceremony at the American legion Hall in Thorp. The couple will reside in Illinois.
