The bride was dressed in an ankle length dress of white dutchess satin with a Queen Anne collar with lace insertions down the front in redingote effect. Her veil was held in place with a tiara of seed pearls and a brilliant cross in the center. She wore a heart shaped locket, a gift from the groom. She also wore a wide sweeping train, an illusion veil with lace trimmed blusher extending to the shoulder. Her bouquet was made up of baby chrysanthemums.

The bride was attended by her sisters Alice and Pauline Ampe, who were attired in ankle length dresses similar in style to that of the bride’s dress, in blue with square necklines and short puffed sleeves and lace insertions down the front in redingote effect. They wore shoulder corsages of pink and white baby chrysanthemums. The mothers of the bride and groom wore pink carnations.

The groom was attended by Raymond Ampe, cousin of the bride, and Harold Lydiksen, brother of the groom. The groom and his attendants wore suits of blue with white carnation boutonnieres. The fathers of the bride and groom also wore white carnations.

Mrs. Lydiksen is a graduate of the Loyal High School class of 1936 and the Teachers Training Department at Neillsville in 1937. She has been employed as a teacher in Clark County rural schools since that time.

Mr. Lydiksen is a graduate of the Unity High School class of 1935 and is now a First Class Private in the U.S. Army stationed at Camp Livingston, Louisiana.

Dinner was served to the bridal couple, attendants and immediate relatives. Supper was served to 60 friends and relatives. A wedding dance was held at Riplinger.

At present the bride will continue teaching at the Ross School and the groom will continue his services in the U.S. Army.

The Tribune joins the many friends of the young couple in extending congratulations.
