FIRNSTAHL FUNERAL SET FOR THURSDAY

Colby Woman, 72, Dies Sunday Afternoon at Son's Home in Loyal

Colby--Mrs. Frank Firnstahl, 72, a resident of Colby most of her life, died Sunday afternoon at Loyal at the home of her son.

The body is lying in state at the Lulloff Funeral Home and the Requiem High Mass will be read Thursday morning at 9:30 o'clock at St. Mary's Catholic Church. Burial will be made in the Colby (Colby, Clark Co. Wis.) Cemetery.

Mrs. Firnstahl, the former Augusta Hertz, was born in the Town of Colby May 16, 1875, and was married in Colby Feb. 25, 1897, to Frank Firnstahl, who preceded her in death July 5, 1938. She had made her home at Colby until shortly after the death of her husband, when she went to Loyal.

Surviving are three sons, Richard, Oshkosh, and Alphonse and Lawrence, both of Loyal: a daughter, Miss Helen, Wisconsin Rapids: and two step daughters, Miss Rose Firnstahl, Loyal, and Mrs. William Wendt, Evanston, Ill. There are five grandchildren.
