A very beautiful wedding took place Tuesday, Feb. 19, 1946, at two o’clock in the afternoon at St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in the town of Reseburg (Clark Co., Wis.), when Miss Helen E. Gorsegner, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. G.A. Gorsegner of this village became the bride of Thomas E. Davis, son of Mr. and Mrs. S.E. Davis, of Hannibal, Wis. Rev. F.H. Sprengler of Dorchester, Wis., performed the double ring ceremony.

The bride was lovely attired in a gown of white satin with a jewl neckline with long sleeves, which came to a point over the wrist and full net skirt ending in a train. Her fingertip veil with a wide edging of lace fell from a pearl beaded tiara. She wore a double strand necklace of pears, a gift of the groom.
