Ray, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Howard, aged 15 years, 2 months and 3 days, died last Thursday at 3 o’clock p.m. of black diphtheria. Short funeral services were held at the house Friday at 10 o’clock a.m. by Rev. G.W. Longenecker, interment following immediately.
