Janezich, Hedvika (1 MAR 1942)

Before the altar trimmed with flowers and lit by candles, Miss Hedvika Janezich, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Anton Janezich of Willard, exchanged vows with Private Alfons Hemmersbach of Camp Croft, son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Hemmersbach of Owen, on Sunday afternoon, March 1, at 6 o’clock.

The ceremony was performed by the Rev. Francis O’Ferri, pastor of St. Paul’s Catholic church of Spartanburg, S. C.

Miss Janezich was attired in a lovely tan suit, with tan accessories to match her suit and carried a white prayer book.

She was attended as maid of honor by Miss Katherine MacNemar of Spartanburg.

The groom wore an army uniform and was attended by Pvt. Alfons Kaliszewski, also of Camp Croft. He also wore an army uniform.

Pvt. Hemmersbach is serving in the U. S. Army and is stationed at Camp Croft, S. C., assigned to the Medical Detachment.

Pvt. Stanley Janezich, brother of the bride, who is also stationed at Camp Croft, was the only immediate relative attending the ceremony. Pvt. Janezich was inducted into the army last December.

Mrs. Hemmersbach is employed in Waukegan, Ill., where she returned after spending some time in Spartanburg. Seif and Hendren Cor.
