Stockwell, Charlotte "Lottie" #2 (21 OCT 1903)

Wednesday evening, Oct. 21, 1903, at 8 p.m., Mr. F. J. Baer and Miss Lotta Stockwell were united in marriage at the neat and beautiful cottage on Court Street, which bride and groom have been busy all summer having rebuilt and furnishing, the ceremony being performed by Judge Geo. L. Jacque. The ceremony was attended by relatives and intimate friends only. After the knot was tied a very dainty lunch was served, and the apir left on the midnight train for Merrill, where Mr. Baer has a brother.

The rooms were daintily decorated with asparagus and carnations, and presented a very pretty appearance, being furnished throughout with everything that taste and care could suggest for housekeeping. The presents were numerous and valuable.

The young husband is a printer in the Deutsch-Amerikaner office, and a young man of industry and of high character. The bride is daughter of Mr. and Mrs. C. S. Stockwell, a young lady of vivacity and sparkling wit, always cheerful, and ambitious, and of universal popularity. She has for some years been employed at the courthouse as amanuensis. Both have a host of friends, with whom the Times join in wishing them a prosperous and happy life.
