If you didn't know my grandmother, you really missed out on alot. She LOVED the outdoors and sometimes she would even drag my grandpa out. The good ol' days. If you didn't know already we planted a tree in her memory at the house. You know, sometimes you have to really take in the possibilities that maybe the angels do take you up to heaven when you die. Shortly after she died the most emotional thing happened. The sun shined through the clouds even though the weather forecast had said that it would be a cloudy afternoon and the sky was gray. It was the coolest thing I have ever seen in my entire life and I will never forget that day. She was a very important part of my life and I could always go to her to figure out what to do. Everytime I am in the four seasons room I can feel her presence in the room with me. Whenever I go in that room no matter how cold it is in that room, I get a warm feeling all over my body when I sit in the chair that was next to her bed. You know it's funny what kind of things you can notice in a time of deprevation. There is a Christmas ornament that hangs over the entryway to the dining room from the four seasons room that grandma noticed one day. And you know what, that ornament has not come down yet. I don't think it ever will truthfully. It's funny though, she noticed it in the end of summer. I can remember when the doctors told us she might not make it to Christmas and she did. I could go on and on forever about my grandmother, but it is getting harder for me to continue. Just remember that she will live forever in our hearts and will always be there for you when you are down. That's how it is for me.
