The marriage of Miss Roxanne Cheri Lang, daughter of Mrs. Nelda Lang of Withee, formerly of Abbotsford, and James William Wilke of Withee, son of Mr. and Mrs. Virgil Wilke of Abbotsford, took place Saturday, May 15, with the Rev. Leroy Urman officiating.

The bride was given in marriage by her grand father, Walter Emmerson, in the 2:00 o’clock ceremony which took place at St. John’s Lutheran church, Withee.

The bride chose a street length white gown with which she wore a shoulder length veil.  White and lavender pompoms were arranged with shite ribbons for her bouquet.

Miss Diana Lee Kramer of Abbotsford was the maid of honor, and Kim Nonrse daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Nonrse, was the flower girl.

Miss Kramer’s dress was yellow and she carried aqua and white pompons.

Larry R. Lang of Withee was the best man and Mark Krug , son of Mr. and Mrs. Dean Krug, was the ring bearer.  Ronald Poppe and Gary Isaac of Withee seated the guests at the church.

The wedding reception was held at the church.
