Thillen, Marguerite (23 DEC 1939)

On Saturday afternoon at Medford, Miss Marguerite Thillen, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Thillen of Whittlesey, was married to Wilfred Brunner, son of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Brunner, Town of Hull.

Miss Evelyn Brunner, Milwaukee, sister of the groom, was maid of honor. The best man was Julius Thillen, brother of the bride.

Miss Thillen wore a gown of wine transparent velvet with shoulder corsage of mixed flowers. Miss Brunner wore a dress of teal blue and wine wool, with a shoulder corsage of mixed flowers.

A reception for fifty guests was held at the home of the groom.

Mr. and Mrs. Brunner will reside at Whittlesey where the groom is employed at the H. T. Ketcham fur farm.

Among guests who attended the wedding were: Mr. and Mrs. Joe Meckle, Marshfield; Mr. and Mrs. F. Thillen, Whittlesey; Mr. and Mrs. Carl Preston, Unity; Miss Evelyn Brunner, Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
