Domer, Henry #2 (8 FEB 1892 - 24 APR 1939)

Funeral services were conducted for Henry Domer this afternoon at 1:30 from the house and 2 o’clock at Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church. The Rev. J. Brandt officiated.

The Veterans of Foreign Wars and their Auxiliary attended. Mr. Domer was a member of the Knaack-Thompson Post 865 at the time of his death.

The pallbearers were Harvey and Irvin Bitter, Chesley Cramer, Henry Voightlander, Arthur Nagel and John Johnson. The Color bearers were Leo Apfelbeck and Lester Mittlesteadt; Color Guards were Lloyd Smith and Ed Hoeft and members of the Auxiliary had charge of the floral offerings. Burial followed in the Curtiss Cemetery.

Henry Domer was born Feb. 8, 1892. He lived on a farm in the town of Holton (Marathon Co., Wis.). On Monday morning, after an illness of about a year he died at his home.

He is survived by his widow, his mother, seven brothers and sisters. Two children preceded him in death.
