Mrs. Ole Gilbertson and Miss Charlotte Stryk entertained a large number of their friends Saturday evening at a dancing party. The event being their birthday anniversaries.

Mrs. Emery Neitzel and son Billie spent a few days last week with Mrs. O. Gilbertson.

All the farmers seem to be busy hauling logs to the Roddis landing these days and Mr. Henning of Marshfield spends a part of each week here sealing.

Mrs. Simon Erbe of Lake Geneva and Mrs. Alfred Wachsmuth of St. Croix Falls returned to their homes the later part of the week after attended the funeral of their father Herman Wachsmuth.

Mrs. John Sturner was a Dorchester visitor last Thursday.

Mr. and Mrs. Carl Wachsmuth of Merrill and Mr. and Mrs. Leo Wachsmuth of Chicago returned to their home this week after attending the funeral of their father.

A number of neighbors and friends helped Richard Glenzer celebrate his birthday at his home Sunday evening. A large crowd gathered and everyone reports a very enjoyable time.
