Anne Bleichroth departed for Fond du Lac Saturday to spend two weeks with Mr. and Mrs. Max Prange.

Madeline Reyer arrived last week from Bellingham, Minn., to visit her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Adam Reyer.

Mr. and Mrs. George Schleuter and children of Cascade were visitors at Dr. Payne’s the latter part of last week.

Minnie Hill and cousin John Harrington, returned to Ashland Saturday after a visit with Mr. and Mrs. Frank Jackson.

Mrs. E. Struebing of Brillion arrived Saturday to spend a few weeks with her sister, Mrs. Meinke and other relatives.

Susie Schmitt arrived Saturday from Chicago to visit with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. P. Schmitt and other relatives.

Minnie Beaver arrived from Milwaukee Saturday to spend a few weeks with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Beaver and family.

Mrs. E. K. Harding and three children spent a few days at Marshfield with Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Harry and family the past week.

Fred Weller departed Tuesday for Rochester, Minn., to consult the Mayo Brothers. Mr. Weller has been in poor health for some time.

Otto Leffel and mother, Mrs. Stewart and sister-in-law, Mrs. Leffel and Mr. Henry Haffner, all of March were Colby business visitors Monday.

A night show will be given at the Marshfield fair Sept. 2 to 5 on Wednesday and Thursday evenings, with a brilliant illumination of the grounds.

Mrs. Theo Lueloff and three children are at Milan this week visiting with Mr. and Mrs. John Keenan. Florence Keenan who has been visiting here returned with her.

Mr. and Mrs. Fred Jackson and son, Morris of Hettinger, N.D., and Mrs. C. H. Mohr of Livingston, Mont., arrived Friday to visit with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Fitzgibbon.

Mrs. James Robinson and little Margaret Bowers, of Chicago are visiting with Mr. Robinson’s brothers and sisters. On her return to Chicago she will be accompanied by Master Arnold Sterzinger.

This year’s stock and produce show at the Marshfield fair will exceed anything ever shown before. 250 of the finest specimens of dairy stock in Wisconsin will be exhibited in the big round barn. Make entries to R. B. *** Note: The remainder of this article was missing.
