Happenings in the City and Country

Miss Bertha Georgas spent Tuesday at Dorchester with frends.

Miss Sophia Robsky spent Tuesday at her home in Milan.

Rev. and Mrs. J. C. Vance spent last Friday at Marshfield.

Mrs. C. A. Nelson went to Waupaca Saturday to spend the week end with home folks.

H. Beulow who has been visiting at the Chas. Weller home left for Prairie du Sac Monday.

Geo. W. Schultz and family left Monday afternoon for a visit at Glidden.

Mrs. Pauline Tessmer and daughters, Helena and Joan were Marshfield callers Tuesday.

Walter Foster came up from Milwaukee last Saturday and visited until Tuesday with his parents.

Mr. and Mrs. Fred Lorfeldt left Tuesday morning for a two weeks visit with relatives at Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Mrs. John Pribenow Jr. and son went to Stanley Monday evening for a weeks visit at her home there.

Mrs. W. W. Payne left for Plymouth, Wis., this morning for a weeks visit with her parents.

Mrs. J. E. Lyons returned Wednesday evening from Fond du Lac where she had been visiting the past week.

Mrs. Elsie Bast came up from Marshfield Tuesday afternoon for a short stay. She returned this morning.

Miss Clara Hoffman went to Eau Claire last Friday evening to visit with friends. She returned Tuesday morning.

Mrs. J. P. Riley, of Owen, came last Saturday for a few days visit with her parents Mr. and Mrs. Amos Foster and other relatives.

The entertainment given by St. Mary’s school Tuesday evening was very well rendered and a large crowd was in attendance.
