An assault and battery case, from the town of Mayville, occupied Justice Wicker’s time, Monday afternoon, resulting in sending the defendant, Anton Frederickson, over the road for ten days. He is now an honored guest at the Hotel de Tolford. He was escorted over by Dept. Sheriff Henkel.
