Fischer, Hermina (10 SEP 1889 - 21 AUG 1943)

Mrs. Ernest Fischer, 53, a former Nasonville resident, died of a heart attack at 9;30 A.M. Saturday, Aug. 21, at the home of her brother, Gust Voigt, in the town of Sherman. She had been suffering for some time with arthritis.

Funeral services were conducted at St. John’s Lutheran church at Nasonville at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 24, after brief rites at the Ohlrogge funeral home here. Burial took place in the Nasonville cemetery. The Rev. Edgar Milleville officiated at Nasonville, and the Rev. J. C. Langholz at short services at the Ohlrogge funeral home here.

Hermina Voigt was born in Calumet county on Sept. 10, 1889, and came to the Nasonville community with her parents when she was 10 years old. She was married to Ernest Fischer at Nasonville on June 21, 1913, and they lived there for many years. They also lived for a time at different points in northern Wisconsin and had been residing at Milwaukee prior to the past month, which she spent here.

Mrs. Fischer is survived by her husband, three brothers, William of Nasonville and Gust and Adolph of Loyal, and two sisters, Mrs. Ed Dychow of Chicago and Mrs. Henry Bartz of Wakefield, Mich. One daughter preceded her in death 10 years at the age 0f 17 years.

Pallbearers were her nephews, Gerhardt Riedel, Herman Riedel, Ted Bartz, Leonhardt Duchow, Clifford Voigt and Art Voigt. Flowers were in charge of her nieces, Mrs. Harry Frantz, Mrs. Ted Bartz, Mrs. Herman Riedel, Mrs. Gerhardt Riedel and Mrs. Leonhardt Duchow.

The Loyal Tribune joins friends of the bereaved in extending them sympathy in the loss of the departed.
