A son was born to Mr. and Mrs. Richard Downer Feb. 28. This is their first born and of course one can’t touch Dick with a ten-foot pole.

Another dance takes place in the Woodmen hall, March 17th.

Quilting party took place at Otis Osgood’s home last Tuesday. Of course the event was enjoyed by all present.

Mose Baker came home Tuesday from La Crosse, where he had been visiting.

C. H. Chandler came up from Neillsville last week to visit friends.

Mrs. E. Osgood has been on the sick list.

Mr. and Mrs. Adolph Leach are rejoicing over the arrival of a baby girl.

Asa Lee doesn’t have to go to Neillsville any more. She is home now.

S. A. Adams of Hein gave us a pleasant call Saturday.
