LOCAL ITEMS OF INTEREST

Miss Nettie Shupe spent the weekend at her home at Loyal.

Miss Margaret Williams was an Abbotsford visitor Monday.

Cashier A. M. Erickson was a business visitor in Abbotsford Tuesday.

Mr. and Mrs. Louis Schorer visited Sunday evening at the home of Mrs. Gusta Kobs.

Mr. and Mrs. M. Olczyk and family were Sunday visitors at the L. A. Liberty home.

Mrs. Minnie Green and family spent Sunday afternoon at the home of Mr. and Mrs. B. B. Green.

Mr. and Mrs. Albert Johnson and children called on relatives at Dorchester Sunday evening.

Miss Edna Conrad of Eau Claire, spent a few days here with her mother, Mrs. Fredericka Conrad.

Mr. and Mrs. H. Peterson spent Sunday evening a the home of Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Johnson.

Otto Krueger returned Monday evening from Oshkosh where he visited relatives for a few days.

Miss Gertrude Schultz of Abbotsford, spent the weekend at the home of her sister, Mrs. Franklin, Tonn.

The Helping Hand Society will meet at the home of Mrs. Minnie Green Friday afternoon, March 30th, Everyone invited.

Mr. and Mrs. O. A. Sturner left Wednesday for Rochester, Minn., to consult the doctors in regard to Mrs. Sturners’ health.

OUTBREAK OF RABIES IN TOWN OF GREEN GROVE

The Town of Green Grove has issued strict orders regarding the car of dogs in that township for a period of ninety days.

An outbreak of rabies has been reported and all dogs have been ordered muzzled or kept tied within their own premises.
