Ruppert, Louise (20 Mar. 1878 - 25 Mar. 1957)

Mrs. Edward Ruppert, a lifetime resident of the town of Hull, died Monday at her home following a heart attack at the age of 79 years. Funeral services will be held this Thursday afternoon at the Presbyterian church in Abbotsford, Wis. Rev. Richard Harrison will officiate at the funeral services and internment will be made in the Abbotsford cemetery.

Mrs. Ruppert, the former Louise Grauman, was born in the town of Hull on March 20, 1878, and was married to Mr. Ruppert on May 5th, 1897.

Surviving are her husband; five children, Robert of Laramie, Wyo., Harold, at home, Mrs. Fred Wucherpfennig of Forman, N.D., Mrs. Alva Hasley of Chicago, Ill., and Mrs. Frank Pautz of Wausau; one sister, Mrs. Milton Spechtman of Long Beach, Calif., 12 grand children and three great grand children.

Mrs. Ruppert was well known for her fine Christian character and friendly and kindly disposition and her many friends were sorry to hear of her death.

Funeral services for Mrs. Edward Ruppert, whose death was chronicled last week, were held last Thursday afternoon in the Presbyterian church in Abbotsford, Rev. Richard Harrison officiating, and internment was made in the Abbotsford cemetery. Nephews served as pall bearers - Donald Smart, Charles Smart, Edwin Grauman, Art Grauman, George Carr and William Laughead.

Out of town people here for the funeral were Mr. and Mrs. Walter Kerswell and Mrs. Walter Wurthman of Wausau, Mr. and Mrs. William Ruppert of Mukwanago, Miss Eunice Bennett of Madison, Miss Elizabeth Hannawalt of Marshfield, Mr. and Mrs. Merton Bennett and Mrs. Madge Bennett of Unity, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Jeske of Spencer, Mr. and Mrs. Maynard Schwantes of Loyal and Elmer Viegut of Edgar.
