Mr. and Mrs. W. Wohlleben attended the American Legion Convention at Stanley on Sunday.

Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Ruff and family visited at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Ruff of Boyd on Sunday.

Mrs. Wm. S. Wagner is a patient at the hospital at Marshfield, where she under went an operation on Tuesday morning.

Mr. and Mrs. Francis Conway and family spent Memorial weekend at Manitowish.

Mrs. A. G. Rasmussen and Mrs. W. S. Wagner attended the American Legion Auxiliary Conference of the Tenth District at Stanley on Sunday.

Mr. and Mrs. M. J. Breitenstein and family spent Sunday at Marshfield.

A farewell party was given by the Farmers Oil Cooperative crew last Wednesday evening for Kermit Wiemer, an employee of the Coop for the past eight years, who leaves here this week to take over the management of the Consumers Coop at Kenosha.
