Dorn, Lucille (15 JAN 1944)

The Evangelical Church of the Redeemer in Milwaukee was the scene of a very pretty wedding ceremony at 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 15, which united in marriage Miss Lucille Dorn, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Archie Dorn of Neillsville, and Ansel Peterson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Peterson of Beaver. The Rev. A. A. Zinck officiated at the double ring ceremony.

The bride wore a white slipper satin gown, made with a sweetheart neckline, trimmed with seed pearls and the full skirt ended in a long train. Her fingertip veil was edged with wide lace, held in place with a tiara of seed pearls and she carried a shower bouquet of white roses, sweet peas and stevia.

Miss Mary Peterson of Marinette, sister of the groom, as maid of honor, wore an aqua silk gown and carried yellow tea roses and narcissi.

The bridesmaid, Miss Marie Habeck, of Milwaukee wore a pink silk gown with a bouquet of roses and sweet peas.

William Hoeft of Milwaukee attended the groom as best man, and Arnold Machleitch, also of Milwaukee, was usher.

The wedding dinner was served to the immediate family at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Habeck in Milwaukee, and in the evening a reception was held there for friends of the newlyweds.

The bride is a graduate of the Loyal high school and is in defense work at Seaman Motors, where the groom is also employed as a machinist.

Attending the wedding from Neillsville were Mr. and Mrs. Archie Dorn and Mr. and Mrs. Lowell Dorn.

The Loyal Tribune extends to the newlyweds its wishes for a happy wedded life.
