Millard Glasshof, former Thorp resident, passed away on October 27, 2013, at his home in Milwaukee.

Millard C. Glasshof, age 87, entered into eternal life Sunday, October 27, 2013. He was the beloved husband of Winnifred (nee Sailer) Glasshof; dear father of nine daughters: Barbara (Michael) Figoroni, Gale (Dan) Lemberger, Gwen (Tom) Carroll, Roxanne (David) Dyzak, Robin (Joe) Wallace, Tammy (Mark) Spoerk, Jennifer (Tim) Wachs, Michelle (the late Jim) Glasshof and Tabatha (John) Bell; brother of Sharon Bohnert. Also loved by, 26 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by brothers: Wayne of Tennessee and Dale of Alabama.

Visitation was held at the Krause Funeral Home, Milwaukee, on Friday, November 1, 2013, from 4-7 p.m. Prayer service and eulogies were at 7 p.m. Funeral took place at St. Catherine of Alexandria, 8661 N. 76th Pl., on Saturday, November 2, 2013, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. Burial was at St. Mary Cemetery, Menomonee Falls.

Millard was a veteran of WWII. The family would like to thank Dr. Ehab Atallah and the Cancer Care Center.
