Radeztsky, Wilhelmina (13 Aug. 1869 - 18 Aug. 1941)

Funeral services for Mrs. Henry Radeztsky, who died Monday night at 11:05 of cancer at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Marshfield, were held this afternoon at two o’clock at the Lulloff Funeral Home, Colby, Wis. The Rev. Mr. Erickson of St. Paul conducted a Christian service there which was followed by internment in the Abbotsford cemetery.

Mrs. Radeztsky was born at Wilhelmina Riess, August 13, 1869 in Manitowoc. She was united in marriage there to Henry Radeztsky April 30, 1890, after which they made their home on a farm they cleared from the woods located one and one-fourth miles north of Abbotsford, Wis. To them were born six children, all of whom survive.

Mr. Radeztsky preceded her in death seven years ago and three years later Mrs. Radeztsky moved to the village. She has been ill the past year and on June 10 was taken to the hospital in Marshfield where she died Monday night.

Surviving are the six children: Mrs. Joseph (Edna) Zahorka, Unity, Mrs. Frank (Laura) Sterzinger, Colby; Mrs. Richard (Martha) Kleinstick, Medford; Emil Radeztsky, Cherokee; Mrs. Otto (Alma) Parge, Milan; Mrs. William (Anna) Kroehn, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. There are also 18 grandchildren and one great granddaughter.

Two brothers preceded her in death.
