Weideman, Joyce Ethel (6 Feb. 1935 - 7 Mar. 1943)

Funeral services for Joyce Ethel Weideman, 8-year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Weideman, Town of Mayville, who died Sunday morning, were held this afternoon at 1:00 o’clock at the home and at 2:00 o’clock at Salem Evangelical church, Dorchester, Wis. Internment was made in the Dorchester cemetery. The Rev. R. H. Browe officiated at the services.

The pallbearers were three cousins, Mrs. Clifford Marcott, Stetsonville; Miss Dorothy Marcott, Phillips, Miss Alice Kalepp, Abbotsford; and Miss Birdella Underwood, Dorchester, Wis.

The floral tributes were carried by the Misses Arlene Carlson, Elsie Busch, Vera and Donna Jensen.

Joyce was born Feb. 6, 1935, in the Town of Holton, on the farm now occupied by the William Kalepp family. Almost five years ago, the Weidemans moved to their present farm in the Town of Mayville, where Joyce, who had been an invalid all her life, died at 2:00 Sunday morning of pneumonia and a heart ailment.

She is survived by her parents, three sisters, Vivian and Arlene, at home; Mrs. Elvin Underwood, Milwaukee; four brothers, Arthur, Abbotsford, Pvt. Harvey of South Carolina, Robert and James, at home.
