Kronberger, Verjean (Marriage - 26 November 1951)

Miss Verjean Kronberger of Loyal became the bride of Pfc. Norbert Lavey of Fort Campbell, Ky., at a ceremony performed at the York Center Methodist Church on Monday, November 26, at 1:30 p.m. The Rev. Lee Holmes performed the double ring ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Leo Kronberger of Neillsville and the groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Glen Lavey of Granton.

The bride chose a gown of ivory satin fashioned with a ninon yoke edged in lace. The satin train was also edged in lace. She carried a bridal bouquet of pink roses and white carnations.

Beverly Rollins, as her maid of honor, wore a floor-length pink gown and Charlotte Ayers, as her bridesmaid, was attired in a green gown. They carried bouquets of pink and white carnations.

The groom was attended by David Lavey and Wayne Kronberger, Ivan Kronberger and Reuben Garbisch ushered.

Miss Ruth Garbisch, the soloist, was accompanied by Miss Rochelle Lautenbach.

Following the ceremony a reception was held at the home of the bride for 50 guests. It was decorated with pink and white streamers.

The bride is a graduate of the Loyal High School and is employed at the State Bank at Loyal. The groom was graduated from the Granton High School and is stationed at Fort Campbell, Ky.
