Tanner B. Kattre, who is majoring in business administration at UW-Stout, is working as finance representative at Primerica Financial Services, Eau Claire, as part of the Cooperative Education Program.

Approximately 800 students participate annually in UW-Stout’s Cooperative Education Program, which integrates college studies with work experiences in industry, business, government or public service.

Students develop employment contracts, interpersonal skills and career goals in addition to applying learned educational theory ot the work setting. Under the program, student leave campus for a period of up to one year to work nationally or internationally.
