Reingans, Grace M. (20 JAN 1945)

Wearing a white moiré taffeta wedding gown, with matching fingertip veil, and carrying a bouquet of baby chrysanthemums and carnations, Grace Marie Reingans, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A.A. Reingans of South Milwaukee, exchanged wedding vows with Dale Windsor, son of Mrs. George Sommers of Loyal. The double ring ceremony was performed at 6 p.m. on Jan. 20 by the Rev. Fr. Spaeth at St. Mary’s parsonage in South Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Germaine Reingans, sister of the bride, attended as bridesmaid, and Sylvester Lofy of South Milwaukee was best man. Estelle Podlasinski was maid of honor.

The two attendants of the bride also wore white moiré taffeta gowns styled alike, with headdresses of pink plumes, and each carried colonial bouquets of pink and white carnations.

Dinner and a reception followed the ceremony at the home of the bride’s parents for 50 guests. Father Spaeth attended the reception and was presented the first piece of wedding cake.

The bridegroom, an ex-serviceman who has just returned from Prescott, Ariz., graduated from the Loyal high school in 1942.

Miss Reingans, a graduate from the Mercy School of Nursing at Jackson, Mich., has been employed at the Veterans hospital at Wood.

Mr. and Mrs. Windsor came to Loyal the day following the wedding and visited at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Sommers. They then left for Albuquerque, N.M., where they will make their home.

The Loyal Tribune joins their many friends in wishing them a long and happy journey through life.
