Gosse, Ione #2 (16 MAY 1951)

Miss Ione Gosse, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Gosse, Colby, became the bride of Samuel Bahr, son of Mrs. Albertina Bahr, Medford, during a ceremony performed at 2 p.m. Saturday in the parsonage of the Immanuel Lutheran Church with the Rev. A. J. Engel officiating.

The bride was attired in a gown of marquisette trimmed with lace. Her fingertip veil was also trimmed with lace and she carried a bouquet of red and white roses tied with white satin bow.

Mrs. Victor Gosse, Curtiss, the bride’s sister-in-law, as matron of honor, and Janet Ackerman, Curtiss, as bridesmaid, wore yellow marquisette gowns respectively. Mrs. Gosse carried a bouquet of white gladioli and the bridesmaid, a bouquet of yellow gladioli.

Junior Gosse, Colby, the best man, and Theodore Bucki, Chicago, Illinois, served as groomsman.

A dinner and supper were served in the Curtiss Village Hall.

The couple is employed in Milwaukee where they will reside at 4038 N. 72nd St.
