Mrs. Casper Haas Jr. underwent surgery at the Victory Memorial Hospital at Stanley on Wednesday evening.

Kenneth Haas was a patient at Victory Memorial Hospital from Thursday until Sunday. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Casper Haas Jr.

Mrs. Paul Brunett is helping out at the Casper Haas Jr. home.

A group of friends helped Oscar Boie celebrate his birthday at his home on Sunday evening.

Mr. and Mrs. James Boylan of Withee spent Friday afternoon at the Harry Boie home.

Mr. and Mrs. Ed Moucha and family of Drywood, were Sunday dinner guests at the Arnold Anderson home. Afternoon visitors there were Mr. and Mrs. Grant Anderson and family of Withee, and Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Anderson of Stanley.

Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Micke spent Monday evening at the Harvey Boie home.
