Zeiglinski, Robert (30 OCT 1845 - 30 DEC 1908)

Robert Zeiglinski died Dec. 30, 1908, at his home on the north side (Neillsville, Clark Co., Wis.), aged 63 years and 8 months.  He was born in the province of Schliesien, Germany, Oct. 30, 1845.  He was married in Germany and 34 years ago came with his wife to Wisconsin and settled on the old homestead in the town of Grant.  There he lived until two years ago, when he and his wife moved to this city.  Beside the sorrowing wife, one son, John, and two daughters, Mrs. Nick Wilger of this city and Mrs. John Hubing of the town of Loyal, survive him.  The son, John, live on the home place.

Mr. Zeiglinski was a fine man and one whom it was a pleasure to have the acquaintance of.  He was energetic and hard working, honest and reliable in his business affairs, and had the respect of the entire neighborhood in which he present so many years of his life, and which he aided so greatly in developing.  The funeral was held Saturday at St. Mary’s Church, Father Dorrenbach officiating.
