Larson, Pearl (17 NOV 1909)

(Spring Valley Sun)

Married, Wednesday, Nov. 17th, 1909, at Woodville, Rolland Bahr and Miss Pearl Larson, both of Spring Valley; Rev. L. L. Filling performed the ceremony.

The witnesses were the bride’s sister, Miss Iva Larson of Cady and her cousin, Herman Larson of Baldwin.

After the ceremony the happy couple took the train for the Cities to spend a few days before returning to Spring Valley.  They will be at home in the Calkins building, which has been repaired for them.

The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. F. Bahr of this village, and is a partner in the Spoke, Stave and Heading Co.  He is hustling, steady young man, who has the confidence and respect of all.  The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Larson of Cady, who has made her home in Spring Valley for several years and has many friends here.
