LOYAL -- Helen L. Schreiner, 78, of Loyal died Thursday, June 11, 2009, at Saint Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield. 
 

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at St. Anthony's Catholic church, Loyal. Burial will follow in the parish cemetery. 
 

Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday at Cuddie Funeral Home. 
 

Cuddie Funeral Home of Loyal is assisting the family with arrangements.

LOYAL -- Helen L. Schreiner, 78, of Loyal died June 11, 2009, at Saint Joseph's Hospital, in Marshfield. 
 

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, June 15, at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Loyal. Burial will follow in St. Anthony's Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday, with a rosary service at 7 p.m. at Cuddie Funeral Home and again from 10 a.m. until time of service Monday at the church. 
 

Helen Louise Babish was born Nov. 8, 1930, in Aliquippa, Pa., to John and Helen (Serke) Babish. She worked as a nurse's aid at the Marshfield Convalescent Center until 1989. 
 

She married Elmer Schreiner on April 16, 1955, at St. John's Catholic Church in Portage, Pa. 
 

Schreiner is survived by her husband, Elmer, of Loyal; eight children: Irene (Randy) Ellis, of Marshfield, Mike (Gwyn) Schreiner, of Fort Worth, Texas, Ellen (Dennis) Decker, of Unity, Paul (Judy) Schreiner, of Marshfield, Mark (Sharon) Schreiner, of Benbrook, Texas, Carol (Ned) Dwinell, of Decatur, Texas, Bruce Schreiner, of Oak Park, Calif., Brian (Vicky) Schreiner, of Loyal; three sisters, Mildred Finkley, of Portage, Pa., Dorothy (Warden) Lee, of Portage, Pa., Theresa Plummer, of Portage, Pa.; brothers, William (Shirley) Babish, of Johnstown, Pa., James Babish, of Portage, Pa., and John (Lyn) Babish Jr., of Portage, Pa.
