Gust, Inez (Marriage - 29 June
The Immanuel Lutheran church at
Campbellsport was the scene of a very pretty wedding when Miss Inez
Gust, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Gust, of West Bend, formerly of
Abbotsford, and Elmer Schwoch, son of Emil Schwoch, of Williams,
Mont., were united in marriage. The ceremony took place Sunday,
June 29, at 2:30 o’clock, with the Rev. K. A. Kabes reading
the double ring service.
The bride, who was presented in marriage
by her father, was attired in a nylon net gown, designed with long
sleeves and train. Lace was used in the cape with its high collar
and down the front of the skirt. Her net veil was fastened to a
sweetheart head dress of pearls and net. She carried a white prayer
book with a white orchid and ribbon streamers.
The bride’s attendants all wore
frocks made alike of veleray over taffeta, accented with a wide
sash to match the under color. Miss Bernadine Gust, Milwaukee, maid
of honor and Miss Carol Gust, West Bend, junior bridesmaid, sisters
of the bride, wore white over blue, with yellow head bands. They
carried fans of yellow net with a spray of yellow roses and blue
Miss Elaine Paull, Detroit, Mich., a
friend, and Miss Gloria Rucks, Lomira, a cousin, wore white over
yellow and carried blue net fans, with yellow roses and white
carnations. They wore floral head bands.
Miss Faith Gust, sister, was flower girl
and wore all white. She carried a colonial bouquet of roses and
William Schwoch, Montana, was his cousin’s best man. Roger Gust, Michigan, brother of the bride, and Robert Schwoch, Conrad, Montana, cousin of the groom, were groomsmen and Richard Gust was usher.
