County News 
 

Neillsville, Wisconsin

 

The Democratic county convention met in the court house last Saturday and put up their county ticket. All were nominated by acclamation.

 

Dr. W. B. Lyman of Mendota, was a professional caller Monday.

 

Pres. Salisbury of the Whitewater Normal school, lectured in the High School Monday evening on the subject of Habit.

 

Mr. F. W. Draper of Loyal, was a caller here Monday evening.

 

Hon. Elisha L. Bump of Wausau, registered at the O'Neill Monday.

 

Editor Noyes called on business Saturday.

 

Mrs. Leason was taken very sick last Saturday evening but is improving.

 

A baby girl was born to Mr. and Mrs. Jim Lynch, Monday.

 

Mrs. Chas. Stevens, who has been quite ill is much better.
