Butler's Corners

Mr. and Mrs. Ed. Powell went to Augusta last Sunday, where they intend to spend a week among friends.

Frank Green and Winday Shipman arrived at Dave Butler's last Sunday and will spend a few days picking black berries.

James Butler took in the dance at Thorp Saturday evening, which broke up in a row.

The first load of black berry pickers from Thorp passed the corners last week. It composed of Mr. Freedy and daughter, Cora, Carl and Bell Shoemaker and Mrs. Craig.

Last Sunday Wm's Butter and wife drove out to Mr. Foley's.

Mrs. Geo. Butler and son, Mack, were the guests of Mr. and Mrs. Brown last Sunday.

Jim Brown and Wm. Butler are the owners of a nice fishing boat. Their intention is to launch it in Junk river, a tributary of the Chippewa river.
