Humbird

 

Dr. Schumacher returned home Monday evening.

 

Mrs. Dale and children of Minnesota, returned home Monday.

 

Mrs. David Howe returned Saturday from Illinois, where she has been visiting.

 

Sadie Creveston of Wausau, returned home Monday evening. She was serenaded by the Lady Band, the boys waiting patiently for Charles's return.

 

Hazel Stallard of Fairchild, is visiting with her aunt. Eda Simons.

 

Madge McKimm went to Fairchild Monday to sew with Anna Ecker.

 

Jessie Mortiboy of Hixton, is a guest of Bertha Waters.

 

Mrs. Fred Melchoir was a caller at Fairchild Saturday.

 

Will Dignan returned from Minnesota Saturday, where he has been at work.

 

A. Alderman and wife of Neillsville, returned home Saturday after a few days visit with friends here.

 

The young folks enjoyed a party at Orrin Wilson's Saturday night, in honor of Nellie Webster. Also one Wednesday night at G. W. Crandall's in honor of Carrie Hull.

 

Ira Houghton was an Alma Center caller Monday.

 

Ralph Houghton returned to his home at Neillsville Monday.

 

Mrs. Eloena Hart gave a birthday party to a number of her friends Wednesday.

 

Roy Howe has gone to St. Paul to visit with his brother.

 

Nine of Humbird's young people went camping near Hixton Saturday. To hear their story, they lived on fish (or fish stories).
