Marking, Beverley Jean (Marriage - 5 December 1953) 
 

Miss Beverley Jean Marking of Owen and Lester H. Hansen of Withee were married December 5, at 3 o’clock at the Emanuel Lutheran Church at Longwood, with the Rev. M. S. Egge, pastor of Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church of Greenwood performing the double-ring ceremony before an altar decorated with ferns. 
 

Attendants were Mr. and Mrs. Herman Rabska.  Warren Hansen, brother of the groom ushered. 
 

A wedding reception for 25 guests was held at the Woodland Hotel in Owen. 
 

The bride is a graduate of Owen High School and is employed as secretary at the Master Package Corp. in Owen.  The groom attended Withee High School and is in the trucking business. 
 

They are at home to friends and relatives in Withee. 
 

Out of town guests at the ceremony were: Mr. and Mrs. Garvin Pusey, Canton, Ill; Mr. and Mrs. R. C. Powers, Prairie du Chien; and Warren Hansen of Madison.
