Damm, Betty Jane (Marriage - 26 July 1958) 
 

Miss Betty Jane Damm, Stetsonville, and Marvin G. Ingersoll, Abbotsford, exchanged marriage vows, Saturday afternoon, in Zion Lutheran church, Stetsonville. The Rev. William P. Holtzhausen was the officiating clergyman and Mrs. Holtzhausen was organist. 
 

Mr. and Mrs. Albert Damm and Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Ingersoll are parents of the couple. The bride wore a gown of lace and net. Lace flowers trimmed with sequins detailed the lace bodice designed with a scoop neckline and long sleeves. Ruffled tiers of net over heavy, white satin, were combined to form the very full, floor length skirt. Her finger tip veil fell from a tiara of sequins, pearls and rhinestones and white carnations and red roses were arranged in the cascade bouquet which she carried. 
 

Ballerina length dresses of flocked nylon in aqua and yellow were worn by the bridal attendants, Miss Thelma Damm and Miss Sharon Damm, attending their sister, as maid of honor and bridesmaid, respectively. They carried bouquets of carnations to match their dresses and wore headpieces of circular veils. 
 

Robert Damm, the bride’s brother, was best man, and Kenneth Ingersoll, the groom’s brother, was usher. 
 

A reception was held at the home of the bride’s parents, followed by supper at the church basement and a wedding dance at Memorial hall, Dorchester. 
 

The couple will make their home in Colby where the groom is employed as a truck driver. He is a graduate of the Abbotsford schools. The bride, a graduate of the Medford high school and Eau Claire Business College, has been employed at the American Box Board Company.
