Henry, Eva Belle (10 AUG 1877 - 10 MAR 1955)
Mrs. Thomas A. Henry, born Eva Belle Marshall, daughter of the late Andrew R. and Elizabeth Marshall of Stevens Point, Wis., on Aug. 10, 1877. She received her education in the Stevens Point grade and high schools and attended Stevens Point State Normal, after which she was employed in Stevens Point.
Her marriage to Mr. Henry took place June 29, 1904 and the couple moved to Eau Galle, Wis., where Mr. Henry was a school principal. In 1923 they located on a farm at Holcombe, Wis., where they resided until retirement in 1941, moving to Stevens Point.
Mrs. Henry was a member of St. Paul’s Methodist Church, the Woman’s Society of Christian service of the Church Arbutus Chapter 52 of Order of Eastern Star, and the Royal Neighbors of America and of the Stevens Point Woman’s Club.
For the past year and one-half, she made her home with the Harold Muenich family in this city (Thorp, Clark Co., Wis.), where she passed away March 10, 1955.
Services for Mrs. Henry were held at the Thorp Funeral Home Saturday, March 12, 1955 at 2 o’clock, Rev. Ward officiating.
Miss Nancy Lindquist sang "In the Garden" and "Nearer My God to Thee," accompanied by Mrs. Mayland Malinowski. Burial was at Stevens Point with services at the St. Paul’s Methodist Church Sunday, March 13, 1955.
