Anita Alvina Anna (Bucholtz) Revord, 87, passed away on Sunday, Dec. 20, 2009, at Saint Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield, in the palliative care unit. 
 

Her funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 22, 2009, at the Maurina Schilling Funeral Home, Abbotsford. The Rev. Kris Bjerke-Ulliman will officiate. Friends may call Tuesday at the funeral home one hour prior to the service. Burial will be held immediately following the service in the Pine Hill Cemetery in Curtiss. 
 

Anita was born Dec. 27, 1921, in the town of Green Grove to August and Louisa (Schulte) Buchholtz. As an infant, she moved to Ladysmith with her family; at age one year, they moved to Holcombe, where she received her education. In 1941, she moved with her parents to the town of Hoard and farmed with her parents until the illness of her father and then the death of her mother. 
 

She farmed until she married Guy Dunow on August 23, 1968, at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Curtiss. Then they moved to the village of Curtiss, Wisconsin. He died February 6, 1970. 
 

She married Thomas A. Revord Sr. on July 31, 1976, at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Curtiss. He died December 1, 1983. Anita worked at the Clark County Health Care Center as a kitchen aid from June of 1970 until she retired December 31, 1983. She moved to the Abbotsford Valley Crest Apartments in July 1985. In her free time she loved to knit, crochet and play bingo. 
 

The Maurina Schilling Funeral Home in Abbotsford is assisting the family with funeral arrangements.
